This Sunday, the WWE presents it's third pay-per-view in six weeks, Hell in A Cell, which will likely see an end to some feud and decides which champions will be champions no longer. To start with, here is the matches billed for Sunday's event:
Curtis Axel (C) vs Big E Langston (Intercontinental Championship)
Los Matadores vs The Real Americans
AJ Lee (C) vs Brie Bella (Divas Championship)
Cody Rhodes and Goldust vs The Shield vs The Usos (Tag Team Championship)
CM Punk vs Ryback and Paul Heyman
Alberto Del Rio (C) vs John Cena (World Heavyweight Championship)
Randy Orton vs Daniel Bryan (WWE Championship)
The show would be opening with a bout featuring Curtis Axel defending his Intercontinental title against Big E Langston. It must be said that Langston recent face turn should signify better things ahead for this superstar. I expect him to control most part of this match but still, he has to wait for a rematch he wins the Intercontinental Championship title. Axel, with Heyman's influence, should be able to defend his title successfully come Sunday.
Los Matadores against the Real Americans. Did I hear someone say Mexico against USA? Lol. Honestly, I just think the Real Americans are condemned to win this match and start pushing for the tag team title in subsequent PPVs ahead.
Sweet, sexy AJ Lee. I don't know why my crystal ball is going against her. Recently, Brie Bella has picked some wins against her and i think we should expect a repeat of this come sunday. It's time we should start believing that there are other divas who are capable of being champions too. Brie for the win and to become new Divas champion.
Rhodes brothers vs The shield vs The Usos. What a match this would be. For me, this seems to be a match which is most difficult to place a bet on. Each of the team are worthy enough to be tag team champion. Wherever this tends to go, I just think the defending champions, Cody Rhodes and Goldust, won't be able to defend their title.
CM Punk and Heyman. This storyline has been on for so long now that it is getting boring. The only saving grace is that both parties involved are great on the mic. Hoping sunday's Hell in a Cell match will finally be enough to settle the feud between this two guys. I see Punk getting his so-much desired revenge on Heyman, after a horrid, brutal brawl with Ryback.
The Champ is here! The returning John Cena should defeat Alberto Del Rio. I want to believe Sandow would surely cash in his briefcase. It all now depends on how fit Cena is in competing in subsequent matches. If he's not ready for in-ring activities, Sandow should be the new World Heavyweight champion but if Cena is finally up to his feet and ready to go after the lay-off due to injury, I see the super Cena manoeuvring his way to also defeat Sandow.
With the inclusion of Shawn Michaels as the special guest referee in the main event match between Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan in a Cell, it is definitely guaranteed that this would be better than the previous matches between these two guys. The question has been if Michaels would turn heel or be fair enough in officiating this match. Either way, I see Bryan winning the WWE title.
Big Show, and maybe Dolph Ziggler likewise, should have some kind of presence in one of the matches. (Big Show most likely to interfere somehow in the main event match). Also, The Miz should be in rest for this PPV as I don't see where he could get involved in all the matches.
